Legal Privacy policy.

How we collect and use your data when you visit the site or write to us. In effect from 27 October 2026.

This website is run by Blackroom Collective, a creative agency from Sarajevo (“we”). We are the controller of the personal data collected through the site. For any question about your data, write to info@blackroomcollective.com or call +387 61 376 528.

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company (if you enter one), project type, budget and message.
  • Visit statistics, only if you accept them in the banner: which pages were visited, the page you came from, country, device type, browser and operating system. The statistics use no cookies and build no visitor profile, and we cannot see who you are.
  • Technical data: like any website, the server sees your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Our hosting uses them to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
  • When you contact us directly by email, phone or social media, we use the details you send us.
  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps you ask for before a contract.
  • Visit statistics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Security and running the site: our legitimate interest in a site that works and stays safe.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or send you newsletters without your consent.

We use trusted providers who process data only on our instructions:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and visit statistics.
  • Resend (USA): delivers messages from the contact form to our inbox.
  • Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.

Because some of them are in the USA, data may be transferred outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. We do this only with the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

  • Enquiries and correspondence: up to two years after our last contact. If you become a client, for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for business records.
  • Visit statistics are kept only as totals that cannot identify you.

The site sets no cookies. Your browser stores only two small notes for us:

  • Your choice in the statistics banner (bc_consent), so we do not ask on every page.
  • That you have already seen the intro animation during this visit (bc_visited). It is deleted when you close the tab.

Your browser may also keep the site’s own files, such as images and scripts, so it loads faster next time. They contain no personal data.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, but it does not load their scripts or embedded posts. Once you open one of those networks, its own privacy policy applies.

You have the right to:

  • ask which data we hold about you,
  • have incorrect data corrected,
  • have your data deleted,
  • restrict processing or take your data elsewhere,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdraw your consent to statistics, without affecting processing before that.

Send your request to info@blackroomcollective.com and we reply within 30 days. If you believe we are breaching your rights, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba).

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top of this page.
